The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Physics Teacher to join our successful Science Department starting in January 2024. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their subject, innovative in their teaching approach, and eager to inspire a love of learning in our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Physics lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
  • Design and implement engaging, student-centered learning experiences
  • Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Science Department to plan and enhance the curriculum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in Physics or a related subject
  • Proven experience in teaching Physics, ideally across a range of key stages
  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum and assessment standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork
  • Dedication to student achievement and a commitment to continuous professional development
