We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers.
About the Multi-Skilled Engineer
You will be working in a high end Commercial Building in Hounslow, working on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve test&inspection and HVAC maintenance.
The shift pattern will be 4 on 4 off days and nights.
Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
- Maintenance on Electrical distribution systems and control panels
- Key components are working on PPM's, AHUs,FCUs,Compresse, Chillers, pumps, Fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing and emergency lightng.
- Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Engineer
- 18th Editions
- Level 3 Electrical nstallation / Level 3 in Mechanical or plumbing and heating.
