The RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales for both completed and off-plan units. The scheme has already seen strong demand, with a mix of first-time buyers, second-time movers, and high-net-worth individuals downsizing from nearby areas. You will be part of an experienced team and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the sales process for remaining stock units and upcoming off-plan releases.
- Delivering a five-star customer experience, building relationships with a diverse buyer demographic.
- Maintaining the presentation of the sales suite and show homes to the highest standard.
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and ensure seamless handovers.
- Experience in New Homes sales is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Confident and personable, able to engage with a range of buyers, including high-net-worth individuals.
- A proactive and professional approach, with a keen eye for delivering outstanding customer service.
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, including 3 Saturdays per month (no Sundays).
- Competitive basic salary of circa £32,000 - £35,000 + commission.
- Parking available on-site.
