Our client has a unique opportunity to join their team as a Quality Health Safety & Environmental Manager within the Contract Catering industry, where you will cover and provide the overview and support for our 3 different units in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- To complete HACCP Inspection, Health & Safety Inspections, Environmental Inspections
- Support the local unit with any QHSE requirements
- Updating risk assessments
- Coach and develop the staff in the Unit
- Interact with customers and colleagues
- Adhere to safety measures & complete supplier audits and reviews
- Review findings with the management team & create action plans
- Coordinate and manage the customer audits
- Any other duties as requested by your manager.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in QHSE management and food safety, within catering
- Affiliation to a suitable professional body
- Minimum of a Diploma in Food Hygiene
- Experience of strengthening ISO certifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent Excel skills and experience
- Pro-active approach and can-do attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver to strict deadlines
