Client Details

The client is a creative and innovative business in the Entertainment industry based in Chiswick.

Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • Reporting into the operations manager
  • Disseminating information on policy, meetings notes and internal comms
  • Provide the SLT with general Admin support
  • Maintaining HR policies, such as Annual leave, Sickness, on-boarding and off-boarding documents
  • Assisting with recruitment, obtaining references, RTW checks and setting up interviews
  • Submit payroll information and check documents are all correct
  • Office ordering of supplies and maintaining a budget surrounding this
  • Create monthly board reports and circulate where appropriate
  • Coordinate training and development programmes
  • Be the point of contact for IT equipment
