We are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager who is driven and can lead a team for our client based in Hounslow, TW5

Lettings Manager Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to 30k
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm plus alternate Saturdays
  • Job Location: Hounslow, TW5
  • Contract: Permanent

Lettings Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties and securing new business opportunities.
  • You will be conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
  • Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities
  • Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
  • Achieving personal and branch targets
  • Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
  • Building strong relationships with local property owners.

Lettings Manager Criteria:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Lettings Manager
  • Multi Lingual preferred but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
  • Proven experience in sales progression and valuations
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should also have strong negotiation and communication skills,
  • Customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.
  • A valid UK driving licence
