In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our freshly baked goods are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for delivery to customers. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and prefer night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities- Packing: Carefully pack baked goods, such as bread, rolls, and pastries, into boxes or crates for delivery, ensuring they are securely arranged to prevent damage.
- Labelling: Attach accurate labels to packed goods, including product details, batch numbers, and delivery information.
- Order Fulfilment: Review and complete dispatch orders, ensuring all items match customer requirements.
- Quality Checks: Conduct visual inspections of baked products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Loading Assistance: Support the loading of packed goods onto delivery vehicles as needed.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and health guidelines in the packing and dispatch areas.
- Stock Management: Monitor packaging supplies and report any shortages to supervisors.
- Efficiency: Work effectively to meet deadlines during night shifts, maintaining accuracy and productivity.
