- Provide professional HR guidance on employee relations, absence management, performance, and disciplinary matters
- Support recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Advise on HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with school guidelines
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR
- Assist with workforce planning and staff development initiatives
- Support in the development of a positive staff culture and wellbeing
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or working towards)
- Proven HR experience, gained from an education or a similar public sector environment
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
