My client is a well respected academy, looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a long term contract basis. Working with the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality HR service to the school. You’ll offer the Head and other staff advice on a broad range of day to day HR matters, in conjunction with due process and school policies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional HR guidance on employee relations, absence management, performance, and disciplinary matters
  • Support recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Advise on HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with school guidelines
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR
  • Assist with workforce planning and staff development initiatives
  • Support in the development of a positive staff culture and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or working towards)
  • Proven HR experience, gained from an education or a similar public sector environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
