One of the UK’s largest network infrastructure providers and a supplier of managed communications and secure network solutions to a range of public sector and private organisations is seeking a CCTV Engineer, CCTV Security EngineerÂ
The CCTV Engineer will be involved in the installation and commissioning of a range of CCTV systems and must be fully conversant in the physical installation of CCTV systems, understanding the client’s requirements and transitioning them into a commissioning plan and document the commissioning process.Â
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
CCTV Engineer, Security, AV Audio Visual
•            To carry out the installation, testing and maintenance of CCTV & Security Systems
•            Installation of a mix of systems to a high standard and to manufactures standards.
•            Working to an extremely tight programme as part of a large team
•            Maintain production levels, workmanship and high standards of house keeping
•            Ensure SH&E processes and procedures are always implemented.
•            Maintain all plant and specialist tools as supplied by the Company are in good condition that allows all works to be carried out in a safe manner.
•            Experienced in commissioning CCTV systems and hold or willing to work towards CITMA accreditation (Milestone)
•            Ability to carry out upgrades on server based platforms, NVRs and Windows operating systems
•            Familiar with IP topography and IP protocols

>Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Structured Cabling expertise
>Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Door access experience
>            Minimum of three years’ experience of working within CCTV
>Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to install, terminate test and maintain all types of security systems, including CCTV, CEM and Paxton products (Formal training with a Manufacturer preferred)
>Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Milestone Technician level one holder
>Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â PC Literate to update, install network changes
