Our Professional Services team are hiring!

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to implement IRIS software solutions and provide training, collaborating with customers and internal staff who form part of the client project delivery teams, to enable customers to achieve the expected business benefits from an IRIS Software Group solution.

You will be providing training on the Recruitment modules of the software solution, experience in either or both software systems will be ideal. Delivery to the customer will be either remotely via Teams/Zoom.

You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of IRIS Recruitment's Applicant Tracking System to our clients. This is a client-facing role, responsible for managing complex ATS implementations from inception through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient adoption of the system. In addition to customer facing calls, system setup and customisation, you will lead in-depth training sessions to empower our customers to make the most of our technology, aligning solutions with their specific recruitment goals and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the ATS, conduct testing, and launch the solution.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their recruiting challenges and aligning system configurations to meet their unique requirements.
  • System Customisation and Configuration: Customise the ATS according to customer specifications
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions (both virtual and onsite) to educate customers on system functionality, best practices, and advanced features.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for any implementation-related issues, coordinating with support and technical teams to resolve them effectively.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Document customer requirements, configurations, and project progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and training materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to align client feedback and implementation insights with ongoing product development and customer success strategies.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience in ATS or HR Software implementation, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-impact client projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, HR software, or recruitment processes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in delivering both technical and functional training to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in data mapping, integrations, and configuration of enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients and projects, with effective time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience in a consulting or customer success role within the HR technology sector desirable
  • Familiarity with API integrations, reporting tools, and project management methodologies desirable
