Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Air Export Coordinator for a medium-sized Freight Forwarder with a minimum of 2 years of Air Export experience.
The role involves direct interaction with clients, customs, and agents to ensure efficient cargo movement and requires strong knowledge of UK Export operations and regulations.
Key responsibilities include preparing necessary export documents, accurate billing, and maintaining excellent customer communication regarding freight disposition and tracking.
The position offers a salary range of £30K to £39K, depending on experience, and operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

We are working with an established medium sized Freight Forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for an Air Export Coordinator.

Role Involves:

· Deals directly with clients, customs, and agents to ensure the quickest and best movement of cargo throughout the world.· Prepare documents necessary to complete Export and customs clearance process.· Correctly billing and cost information populated in TMF for accurate invoicing and job costing.· Communicate & correspond with other branches and agents for customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service execution.· Seek the most profitable mode of shipment yet meet customers requirement for the movement of freight.· Communicate with customers regarding disposition of freight, tracking/tracing, routing, and dispatching and rate quotations.· Knowledge of UK Export operations and regulations.· KPI adherence - DNI/LNR/cost accuracy/ ROTP· Ensure Compliance in line with company and industry policies.Handling General Cargo

Requirements.

· Minimum of 2 years Air Export experience.· Strong knowledge of rules, regulations for Export documentation.· Strong verbal and written communication.· Previous working within a fast-paced environment.· Strong organisational skills.· Good Knowledge of MS Word & Excel.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.Salary £30K to £39K depending on experience
