Sonic Summary

My client is a well-established, friendly medium-sized global freight forwarder seeking an Import/Export Clerk.
The role involves handling high-value shipments, including dealing with various modes of transportation and preparing customs documentation.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of freight forwarding experience and strong import/export knowledge.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, and the salary for this position is competitive based on experience.
Additional skills required include being PC literate and possessing good customer service skills.

**EXCITING NEW ROLE**

My clients a well-established, friendly medium sized global freight forwarder. They are seeking an IMPORT/EXPORT CLERK to handle high valuable shipments.

Duties would include:

Dealing with imports / exports- air/sea/ road and courier shipments
Taking bookings
Arranging collections and delvieries
Preparing customs documentations
Job costing
Invoicing clients
Handling key accounts
Updating clients on their shipments
Liaising with airlines and overseas agents

Skills needed:

3 years + freight forwarding experience
Import / export experience
PC literate
Good customer service skills

Working hours:

Monday-Friday 0900-1730
