My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. You will be responsible for advising and assisting clients on a broad range of private client matters, including:
  • Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Probate and estate administration.
  • Inheritance tax planning and asset protection.
  • Court of Protection applications.
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor at least 4 years’ PQE
  • Proven experience in private client law.
  • A strong technical understanding of wills, probate, tax, and trust matters.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • STEP membership (or working towards) is highly desirable but not essential.
