My client is a well-established, midsize regional law firm on the lookout for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join their office in SW London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
  • Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases.
  • Oversee junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants, offering guidance and support where needed.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Drive business development efforts, including maintaining existing client relationships and fostering new ones.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor in Conveyancing (at least 5 years’ PQE)
  • Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial property law.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • Exceptional communication and client-handling skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and legal software.
