We are delighted to be working with this law firm who are currently recruiting a paralegal within their Conveyancing team within their office close to Hounslow. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000Typical duties include:
- Handling a caseload with minimal supervision from initial instruction through to post completion
- You will be working in the area of residential conveyancing
- Drafting legal documents
- Supporting fee earners
- Obtain and check legal documents and title deeds
- Acting as a main point of contact for clients
- Building and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Candidate specification:
- Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal - 12 months minimum
- Excellent organisation skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work to strong deadlines
- Experience using IT packages
- Team player
