We’re partnering with an exciting consumer goods brand to find an exceptional Global Head of Supply Chain & Operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead and transform global operations, driving efficiency, innovation, and scalability across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.
About the role:
- End-to-End Leadership: Oversee global supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, order management, and customer service.
- Team Building & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire an international team across supply chain and operations.
- Driving Efficiency & Transformation: Implement scalable processes, optimise inventory, and lead cost-saving initiatives while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Strategic Growth: Play a key role in the leadership team, contributing to global business strategy, market expansion, and operational excellence.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead global S&OP processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and optimise supply chain performance.
About you:
- Hands-On & Strategic: A leader who can zoom in on the details while keeping sight of the big picture.
- Scale-Up Mindset: Proven experience leading supply chain and operations in a growing SME, start-up, or fast-moving consumer brand.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Strong background in manufacturing, logistics, planning, and regulatory compliance (beauty, cosmetics, or consumer health experience is a plus).
- Change Leader: Track record of implementing transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborative Communicator: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
