Salary: £36,000 per annum
Shift Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 13:30 to 21:30
We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee a small team of dedicated team leaders and operatives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the gifting team at the Hounslow warehouse across a 7-day working week.
The Role:
Overseeing the tasks of the gifting team. Some of these include scanning and printing customer gift cards and labels, creating driver routes by SKU for the 6 AM shift, packing customer gift boxes, organizing team rotas to ensure 7-day coverage (including weekends), and more.
Operating machinery as needed and troubleshooting any issues that arise
Supervising the packing of merchandise for weekend gifts Sat & Sun delivery), ensuring all materials are packed accurately and meet quality standards.
Ensuring all tasks are completed on time, with a particular focus on preparing finished goods for gift customers to meet strict courier trunking collection deadlines.
Overseeing team performance by providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure workloads are completed efficiently while maximizing overall team effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate should have good attention to detail, proactive and with a can do attitude. They need to have some leadership experience and must be IT literate.
