Job title: Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Shift Engineer
Location: Static site in Houslow
Terms: 4on 4off Nights Only (6am to 6pm)
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 45,000 Per annum
Requirements:
* City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrcial / Mechancial / Plumbimg or AC
* 18th Ediiton (Desired)
* Bulding services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong shift engineer to be based on a high end commercial site in Hounslo. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.The role comes with bundles of over time along with clear opportunties for progression.
Responsibilities:
- Fan cool units
- Air Handling Units
- Water Treatment including Tap temperature testing and outlet flushing
- Building management system.
- Weekly fire alarm testing
- Monthly Emergency lighting tests
- Electrical fault finding
- Lighting repairs
- General building services duties
- Assisting engineers with other PPM or reactive tasks
