About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join the "Airport and Airline Operations" unit, focusing on enhancing applications such as Flight Management, Baggage Reconciliation Systems, and Ramp Operations. This critical role involves working within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology as part of a feature team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing quality control systems to ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions for airport and airline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing on various software applications.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Perform regression testing to safeguard existing functionalities during updates.
  • Analyze test results and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, providing a quality perspective.
  • Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
  • Airline/ Travel industry experience is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB).
