NEW POSITION - Our client based at Heathrow is seeking a candidate has a positive attitude and willingness to learn To join there growing office to liaise with engineers and deal with the administration for planning of works and discussing arrangements with clients

  • Administration the day-to-day operational administrative activities to support the Engineering team.
  • Support document control of all new project work and ongoing operational work
  • Input all quotations onto bespoke system and create weekly reports to update the Engineering department on budgets and PO requests
  • Liaise with external vendors regarding issues with PO’s, quotations, and spares
  • Review and update administrative processes to improve efficiencies
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties as required
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working Monday to Friday 7.00am -16.00pm can be flexible
