Site Manager
The Company
This Site Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors and house builders. Operating throughout the UK this role is within their London and Southeast region that builds and develops large scale residential schemes ranging in size from 100 – 1000 units. Projects consist of both affordable and private spec apartments often in multi-phased schemes.
Role overview:
We are looking for a Site Manager who has experience of the above and working on RC frame blocks to circa 30 storeys. This initial project that you will be working on is £120m new build phased RC frame scheme in West London
Your main responsibility will be for the delivery of your project to programme, meeting the quality expectations, within budget and in a safe organised manner.
- Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, policies, safety plans, risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain quality control
- To deliver project on time and accurately report current position on programme, working to pre-determined time targets
- Keeping within budgets and ongoing reviewing
- Motivating and appraising performance to ensure all personnel are working individually and as a team to effectively achieve the build programme and mentor trainees if asked.
Specifically we are looking for someone with externals experience including RC Frame.
