My client is seeking an experienced Cargo Duty Manager to oversee operations at Heathrow.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of cargo or freight experience along with a clean DBS check.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of cargo agents, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 per year and involves a 4 on 4 off working schedule.
Candidates with dangerous goods (DG) training and strong customer service skills will have an advantage.

My clients seeking an experienced CARGO DUTY MANAGER to assist with the day to day running of the operations at Heathrow.

Duties would include:

To lead and motived the team
Overseeing a team cargo agents / Warehouse / Drivers
Dealing with both imports and exports
Liaising with customers on a daily basis
Managing Rota's
Ensuring all documentation is correct and completed with each shipment
Attending meetings and keeping upto date with KPI's
Maintaining a high level of health and safety standards
To ensure all deadlines are met

Skills required:

Cargo / Freight experience
5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
DG trained- advantage
PC literate
Import/ export knowledge
Good customer service skills

Working hours:

4 on 4 off 2days - 0700-1900 / 2 nights 1900-0700
