Community Hub Adviser

We are currently seeking a dedicated Community Hub Adviser to join our client's team. As a Community Hub Adviser, you will play a crucial role in providing information, assistance, and guidance to residents through various access channels. By leveraging your knowledge and experience, you will effectively triage needs and interpret available information to ensure first point of contact resolutions.

In this role, you will take a holistic approach in understanding individual and family circumstances, signposting customers to other agencies when necessary, and promoting early help and prevention strategies. Your role will also involve providing accurate advice on available services and service level agreements within the Council.

As a valuable member of our client's Community and Library team, you will support colleagues by acting as a source of advice and expertise for Level 1 enquiries.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of community services. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
