About the role:

As a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner, you will care for children aged 0-5, with responsibility for a group of key children. You will observe, plan, and provide tailored care to support their development. Using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, you will promote children's well-being and prepare them for school and the wider world.

In this role, you will also serve as a mentor, leading by example and demonstrating best practices to apprentices and Level 2 colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Must be available between the hours of 8am to 6pm
  • Level 3 childcare qualification in Early years, or equivalent
  • Able to start immediately
  • Experience working with children for a minimum of 6 months
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Must have a DBS or willing to apply for one
  • Knowledge in Safeguarding and Child protection
