Description
EMEA Payroll Manager
- Manage, prepare and process multiple EMEA payrolls across the region
- Be the first point of contact for external vendors and dealing with external queries
- Payroll journals, assisting with internal and external audit
- Assist with payroll variation input for multiple countries - overtime, bonuses, deductions etc.
- Oversee the preparation of payroll-related reports
- Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies
- Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency
Profile
A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:
- Exposure to multiple countries across the EMEA Region - Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland etc.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations - in country
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Proficiency in payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Happy to work within a hybrid model with an office in Hounslow
