Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert skincare consultations to customers, offering personalized product recommendations.
Educate customers on skincare routines and the benefits of our luxury skincare products.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, ensuring high standards of service.
Stay updated with the latest dermatological trends and skincare products.
Maintain a luxurious shopping experience by offering professional advice with a premium touch.
Requirements:
A qualified Pharmacist or Dermatologist with relevant experience in skincare or beauty products.
Passion for luxury beauty and skincare, with a customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, travel retail environment.
Previous experience in a retail or beauty setting is an advantage.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.
