Job title: Service Support Engineer

Day Rate: Dependant on experience (PAYE Umbrella)

An opportunity has come available for a Service Support to work on a major security transformation project at Heathrow Airport.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist and provide support to service teams for CCTV, ANPR, Radar, Bodyworn Cameras, Sensor Queue Monitoring systems.
You will play a crucial part to the delivery of projects where these systems are impacted or added to on the campus and any changes with the platform.
Support includes preventative, planned and corrective maintenance on edge devices and back-end applications - hardware and software.
Produce regular reports and maintain folders for all support projects as requested.
Attend any weekly/monthly progress meetings

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience using the following systems: MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word
Good understanding of CCTV VMS systems (Preferably with Genetec beneficial)
- Experience and knowledge across LAN, Wireless Technology, ANPR and Radar systems would be preferred.
