Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Design and implement creative and interactive lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum.

Support Individual Learning Needs: Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every child reaches their potential.

Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance through assessments, reports, and parent-teacher meetings.

Create a Positive Classroom Environment: Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom culture.

Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to promote a cohesive educational experience.

Maintain Classroom Management: Establish clear behavior expectations and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
To thrive in this role, you will need:

A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.

A relevant degree in education or subject specialism.

Strong knowledge of the national primary curriculum and current educational practices.

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
