SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting for a Year 3 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start immediately.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Year 3 HLTA, you will need to:
- Support in Year 3 each day
- Run and prepare interventions
- Cover whole classes/ teach- delivering the Year 3 curriculum at least twice a week (and more if there is any absence)
- Be part of the Year 3 team for planning and meetings
ABOUT YOU
?The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience as a HLTA
- Ideally hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
- Have a desire to encourage student aspiration
- Be able to provide students with opportunities for success, and encourage them to take risks with their learning tasks
- Be able to work 1:1 or in small groups when required
- Have the ability to cover/teach Year 3 classes when required
- Be able to plan and resource as part of a team, and work in collaboration
- Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and staff
