We are looking for a KS2 Learning Support Assistant to work within a fantastic primary school in Hounslow.Â
This school is looking for candidates who have a passion for working in KS2, who might also consider teacher training in the future.
The role
As a learning support assistant you will be part of a team of over working under the direction of the SENCO. Part of your role will be to cover PPA time for teachers and subject leaders.Â
The ideal candidate
- Experience working with children in KS2
- Relevant teaching assistant qualifications
- Ability to form good working relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Adaptability and flexibility in working practices and the ability to know when to use initiative
