Academics are currently working with this brilliant two form entry Primary School in Hounslow to recruit an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team in February or sooner. This Primary Teaching Assistant role will see you working in class supporting the class teacher, delivering small group interventions and pastoral care where needed.

This Primary Teaching Assistant role required previous experience working in a school setting and you will need to be confident working across the Key Stage 1 year groups and be flexible to work in higher and lower year groups if needed. The Primary school are offering a permanent role, with access to their excellent CPD programme that will help you move forward in your career and train you up to work as a pastoral Primary Teaching Assistant if this is something you have not done before.

The role requires a "Can do" approach to work, you will need to be enthusiastic, flexible with the ability to quickly create and maintain excellent working relationships with adults and children as you work across the classes.

The role also includes an early start at 7.30am where you ill work for in the schools breakfast club for the first 50 minutes of the day working with children of all ages across the school. The school team in the Breakfast Club and Key Stage 1 are very friendly and hard working
