Overview of the Role
Are you an experienced Operations, Facilities, or Retail Manager, with experience in a mixed-use or shopping centre environment? This role could be for you! With the opportunity one of the largest property management companies in the UK, you could be the new Shopping Centre Manager of a community focussed shopping centre in Harrow.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage contractors in hard & soft services to ensure the highest level of customer service onsite.
- Support & liaise with tenants and external stakeholders, ensuring they feel supported at all times and communication is clear.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance onsite.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Be the lead onsite operative, with all other members of staff employed through 3rd party service providers.

The right candidate will be:
- Experienced in managing security, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Skilled budgeting and administrative work.
- A strong communicator with knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, preferably IOSH qualified.
The budget for this role is up to 50,000 with supporting benefits package.
