Your new role is as a Managing Quantity Surveyor for multiple frameworks/projects at Heathrow. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, cost reporting, cash flow profiling, and subcontractor management. What you'll need to succeed is previous experience as a managing quantity surveyor on infrastructure / civil engineering / utilities in the UK and qualified with a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, financial awareness, and experience with NEC 3 & 4 contracts.
