I am seeking an experienced and dynamic New Homes Sales Consultant to join a super busy development in Hounslow, London. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The role requires someone with strong new homes sales experience, ideally with exposure to shared ownership schemes, who can handle a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet potential buyers, providing expert advice and guidance on available properties.
  • Conduct viewings and deliver engaging presentations to showcase the development and its benefits.
  • Guide customers through the sales journey, including affordability checks, reservation processes, and exchange and completion.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  • Work closely with the on-site team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions using the CRM system.
  • Ensure the sales suite and show homes are presented to a high standard.

About You:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales, with an understanding of shared ownership highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive, professional, and personable approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and meet deadlines.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work every other Saturday as part of the rota.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
