The Role: We're on the lookout for an energetic and dedicated Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio. From managing tenant relationships and conducting property inspections to coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, you'll be the go-to person for all things property management.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Confidence in handling maintenance and repair coordination with speed and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • A talent for multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of property laws, regulations, and leasing practices.
  • Experience in property inspections and maintenance management.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
