If you've been successful in Sales, Customer Service or similar roles and you know how to engage and retain a successful client base, then this role could be right up your street.
Working in the leisure industry, this is a membership / subscription based environment, so having work experience in a gym, leisure or fitness centre with a similar model is really important for this job.
You'll be supporting the Sales team in driving member retention, this includes contacting people who cancelled memberships to try and re-engage them, also using the CRM to contact leads and prospects.
Above all, you'll be delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring you role model this throughout the team, to ensure that every member has an amazing experience with every visit.
Location is Hounslow, Middlesex, at a well-equipped leisure centre with impressive facilities including swimming pool, cafe, soft play, studios, gym, etc.
Salary is £29,604 plus benefits including 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension, EAP, free gym membership, cycle to work and electric vehicle schemes.Â
Heads up, you'll be acting as Duty Manager for the centre 2 shifts per week too, to support the wider team.
