We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and support our ongoing recruitment efforts.

Role Overview:As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for our key accounts. You will be responsible for attracting candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to meet the demands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Writing and posting job advertisements to attract relevant candidates
  • Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Supporting consultants with administrative tasks, including CV formatting and reference checks
  • Developing a thorough understanding of client requirements to match candidates effectively
  • Managing candidate relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a resourcer or recruitment role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools is an advantage
