Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role demands expertise in 360-degree recruitment and a balanced approach to sales and recruitment responsibilities (50-50 split). Additionally, candidates who can successfully establish and develop a permanent desk or contribute to both temporary and permanent staffing solutions will be considered. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the healthcare, education, and housing sectors.
- Conduct business development activities to identify and secure new clients and opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Build a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Establish and develop a permanent desk or contribute to both temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
- Provide market insights and tailored advice to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful placement outcomes.
Required Skills :
