A bit about what you will do...
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee restaurant operations for Le Belle poque', ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests expectations.
- Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests needs and brand standards.
- Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget. Manage budgets, reduce costs and maximise profitability.
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures regarding pouring measures and age verification.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and The Director of Food and Beverage to identify pertinent concepts and menu design for the outlet in line with brand standards.
- Conduct daily briefings with the team and attend daily Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
- Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
- Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.
