This leadership role requires a strong work ethic, passion for property, and a proven track record in branch management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple branches, ensuring efficient processes and outstanding performance.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead teams across various locations, driving sales and operational success.

  • Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong client relationships and resolving issues professionally.

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, develop new business strategies, and expand the company’s presence.

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance against targets, providing coaching and development as needed.

  • Proven management experience in the property or related sector.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Alternate Saturdays (2 per month)

  • Bank holidays off

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a branch management role.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of residential sales and lettings legislation.

  • Proven track record in sales progression and property valuations.

  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills.

  • A valid UK driving licence.
