Description
The key responsibilities will include-
- Supervision for all operational activities on site
- Customer team management - motivation, setting incentives and making it fun!
- Ensuring H&S measures are in place and fully adhered to
- Ensure all business compliance needs are met
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate with relevant parties
- Support in recruitment, induction and training of all new starters
- Assisting in delivering Team meetings
- Maximising all revenue opportunities - up-selling and training on this
- Managing waste and damages are minimised and processed correctly
- Stock counts
Profile
The successful candidate will-
- Have held a similar position before
- Have knowledge of the hospitality sector
- Have supervisory experience
- Have a positive, Can-do attitude
- Be flexible, reliable and committed
- Be able to work some weekends and evenings
