Responsibilities:Â
- To actively source new business opportunities through a variety of channels to grow the existing client base.Â
- To manage existing clients to ensure satisfaction of service provision, encourage additional spend and retain business.Â
- To utilise the internal CRM to manage new leads, to manage existing customers and to generate reports for senior leadership.Â
- To work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and improve company revenue.Â
Skills:Â
- Specific experience within the logistics sector is essential.Â
- 3 years sales experience within a similar business development role.Â
- Previous experience using an internal sales CRM system is desirable.Â
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
