Description
- Processing invoices and payments accurately and within deadlines
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Resolving any invoice discrepancies
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve payment queries
- Assisting with month-end closing
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Continually improving payment processes
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to team objectives
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team
