A returning client of ours in the cargo and aviation industry is seeking to recruit a Temp to Perm Accounts Payable assistant to join their team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to enhance our dynamic finance team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Process and manage accounts payable transactions for cargo and aviation services.
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and handle inquiries related to payments.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Assist with month-end closing and contribute to financial reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within the cargo or aviation industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
