Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Geography looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation of geographers? We are an Ofsted rated 'Good' all girls school in Hounslow, seeking a talented Teacher of Geography to join our team and teach students starting from September.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students across various age groups.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that stimulate interest and enhance student understanding of geographical concepts and issues.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular geography activities, including field trips and geography clubs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- A degree in Geography or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Geography at secondary school level is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
