Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £44,000 to £48,000 plus 20% Bonuses

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday / every 3rd weekend

About the Role:

A leading retail company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to oversee one of their vibrant store locations. This company is renowned for providing an exceptional shopping experience, featuring a wide range of luxury goods, including cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, confectionery, and fashion accessories. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and a track record of driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
