Learning Support Assistant

Location: Hounslow (TW5)

PayScale: £95 - £105 per day

LTF Recruitment are working with a Specialist School for pupils aged 5-16 with SEN needs (Special Educational Needs). The school are looking for someone to join the fantastic team to support the young learners. Experience isn't necessary, however an outgoing personality and willingness to learn are key.

About the Role:

As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, ensuring they thrive both academically and socially. Working across the school's primary and secondary phases, you will:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
