Academics e are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at this lovely, thriving 3 form entry primary school in Hounslow. This full-time, term-time only position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an inclusive educational environment where every child is valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with ASD, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles.
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
Support pupils with their social and emotional development, helping them to build confidence and independence.
Assist in creating a positive, engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
Monitor and track progress, providing feedback and reports as needed.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant in this Hounslow school you will support and a range of pupil.

The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and an understanding of their unique needs.
A compassionate and patient approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs, such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or similar or school based experience.
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a genuine commitment to supporting the success of every pupil.
