We are seeking graduates in Maths, English, Science, Art, Drama, Psychology, and Education who are eager to start their careers in the educational sector. Our opportunities span across nurseries, primary schools, SEN schools, and secondary schools in various London locations. Secondary is only covered in Tower Hamlets. We are recruiting for Qualified Teachers, Qualified Nursery Nurses, SEN Teaching Assistants, and SMSAs. We are also looking for candidates who are in the process of becoming a teacher.
Day-to-day of the role:- Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include lesson planning, classroom management, supporting special educational needs students, and engaging with children of various age groups to facilitate learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to create a supportive and effective educational environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required.
- A degree in Maths, English, Science, Art, Drama, Psychology, or Education.
- Passion for working in education and a commitment to the development of young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential for all roles.
