The Role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Create and implement individualised education plans that address the unique needs of each student.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to provide a holistic approach to learning.
• Use innovative teaching methods to ensure all students can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status is essential.
• Experience working with students with special educational needs in a school or specialist setting.
• Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, understanding and adaptable approach to teaching.
